    Metro handles customer services inquiries from your tenants regarding their bills.

  • Meter Reading

    Metro handles monthly readings of your meters.

  • Billing

    Metro's billing system calculates and prepares tenant's statement from monthly meter readings.

  • Payment Accumulation

    Metro handles payments received from your tenants and processes them daily.

  • Disbursement and Reports

    On a monthly basis you will receive any and all funds collected by Metro less our service fees. Along with the funds you will receive a full set of reports indicating the activity on each account.

  • Collections

    Metro is not a collection agency. Metro will handle dunning letters, one per account per month, if the client wishes. Clients will receive additional reports regarding dunning letters is this option is activated. There is an additional fee for this service.
